Dorothy McMann College Scholarship Fund – Donate Today!

Each spring the PHIA solicits college scholarship applications from high school seniors who live in the Perry Hall area. The PHIA selection committee reviews applications of those who live in the PHIA boundaries for academic achievements, school activities and community volunteerism. The annual award is $1,500.

The scholarship recognizes the lasting impact of Dorothy McMann, PHIA president in the early 1990s, a period of rapid growth for the region. Her advocacy contributed to reducing density, setting design standards and preserving parklands. The scholarship is aimed at supporting the next generation of local leaders.

Your contribution to this fund will help PHIA continue and expand the amount and number of awards distributed each year.
